1. Some of our Manufacturers have their own Goods Return Policies (Refer to the Manufacturers list). Please contact them directly for all defect issues and product support.
  2. Hydrotek Hydroponics will conduct an evaluation of the goods within a maximum period of 10 business days and provide the customer with a summary of the evaluation.
  3. 25% restocking fee may apply to all new or non-defective product returns. These products must be in new and unused condition.
  4. Any product that is damaged, missing the original packaging, marked on, or any other condition that disqualifies the product from a “New and unused” designation will be refused.
  5. All liquid products, clearance, or special order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund.
  6. In the case of a repair not covered by Hydrotek Hydroponics, the customer will be informed of the fees before the repair is completed.
  7. All transportation fees related to returned merchandise will be assumed by the customer.
  8. Transportation fees for Authorized Warranty merchandise will be assumed by Hydrotek.
  9. The merchandise must be wrapped in a way to avoid any damage during transit. Hydrotek will not process a return if the merchandise has been damaged due to improper packaging;
  10. Any returned merchandise with no authorization will be sent back to the customer and all related fees will be charged to the customer.
